As the Shoals area continues to deal with the effects of the coronavirus, our pandemic response team meets daily to assess the most current information available and make decisions accordingly.     • Just call us in advance and we will meet you just outside the bank with change, cash, or other needs you may have.
  • In Person Lobby Visits now by Appointment Only
    • Just call us to set up a time and we will be prepared when you arrive.
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitation at all locations
    • When you bank with us you can rest assured that we have taken additional steps to disinfect our ATMs, teller line areas, door handles and other high-touch surfaces.
  • We are also asking that ALL Employees and Customers that show ANY sign of being sick, to please stay home and NOT physically visit the bank.
